KlientFlow may collect account information such as your name, username, email address and company name. The service also stores the prospects, leads, messages, notes, activities and workspace settings that you choose to enter.
2. How we use information
Information is used to provide and secure the service, maintain your workspaces, support collaboration, communicate important account updates and improve product reliability. KlientFlow does not sell personal information.
3. Website analytics
With your permission, KlientFlow uses Google Analytics to measure visits, page views and returning usage across the website. Analytics is not loaded when you choose Necessary only. Lead details, messages, notes and other workspace content are not sent to Google Analytics.
4. Data security
We use access controls, authenticated sessions and role-based permissions to protect account and workspace information. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users should maintain strong passwords and restrict account access.
5. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information where applicable. Company workspace data may be controlled by the relevant workspace owner or administrator.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Specific retention and backup periods will be documented before commercial launch.
